this house is completely average so i don't understand why they are so highly ranked. they are better than KD and Tri Delt but definitely not top tier

These guys are the most genuine, friendly and down-to-earth fraternity men on campus. I trust them with my life. Being a part of one of the sororities on campus, they are the only fraternity I am comfortable hanging out with and partying with because they are good people and they watch out for me. They have really improved their house over the years and are becoming a wonderful chapter. I can't say enough good things about them!

Overall, a very average chapter. Have some great girls and some that you would want to even look at or hold a conversation with. Could be more involved and wear their letters more than they do.
