Highest and Lowest Retention Rates

I think phi mu and tri delt and fuzzie are near the bottom and g phi and aoii and theta are near the top.

DG DZ Theta and AOII have the best retention rates.
PhiSig ADPi TriDelt and Fuzzie have the worst.

I know so many girls who have dropped out of theta they pretend to have good sisterhood during rush but they’re so cliquey very high school

AXO has major retention rates. Fall 2021 they had to informal rush like 20-30 girls. They were wayyyyyy below chapter total, like a crazy amount.
Most chapters today are doing ok though. I think 2022 recruitment peaked bc 2020 was 100% virtual and just weird so more participated in 2022. And now 2023 was just so low but that's bc lots of girls dropped, they started with a normal amount registered. I think a lot of girls are staying with their chapters bc they know there are a lot of girls who didn't get bids and maybe they value it a little more than before. I agree though that Tri Delt has issues and KD is always doing informal.
