I personally believe sigma pi has been gradually falling below frats in the 3 range. Every one I’ve seen/ met is way less attractive or interesting. I’d put them around lambda

I’ve heard they’re not taking a class this year. No chapter house makes recruitment impossible anyway nobody wants to live in a dorm.

Sig ep has always been primarily underground. They also still have letters on their house so they are getting it back in the next 2 years. They don’t seem to be kicked off campus socially because they are still throwing stuff.

Row 4 should be DU, Pi Kapp, Lambda, Asig.

DU has been flying under the radar but they took a bigger/better pledge class last year than any other house in row 4 and maybe even a few in row 3

DU had a big pledge class yes but they bid basically anyone who walks through the door rush week

My take. I’m in a higher tier frat and know a bunch of DUs from the most recent pledge class. While they are not top tier guys they are solid middle tier. If they took most of the guys that rushed them then they did a pretty good job of targeting and selling solid guys on their house.

SAE is not top tier anymore. Being exclusive doesn't make you top their parties suck. Plus they're underground
