Why does everyone say DZ is only top and wont get kicked off because theyre the alpha chapter? Sig chi isn’t top. Beta isn’t top. Phi delt isn’t on campus. Phi tau isn’t on campus. Clearly theres more than alpha status playing a role in their ranking or else all of the frats would be on campus and top by that logic.

Sig chi, beta, phi tau, and phi delt all WERE top before they got kicked off and had to recolonize in sig chis and betas case, that’s the only reason they aren’t top right now
