Chapters which experience the greatest number of pnms who desire to return to said chapters during rush are forced by NPC to cut more pnms than most from their invitation lists. NPC does this to force pnms to look at/be invited to any number of chapters that are just as valuable, but less 'popular'. NPC takes the position that every one of her 26 member groups add worth and value to the life of any pnm willing to make the most of her collegiate/future experience.
