miami oh vs elon

A lot of students apply to both Miami OH and Elon. Which is better in your honest opinion? What made you choose Miami if you were accepted to Elon?

Both of them were in my top 5 schools, they are legit almost identical campuses but what made choose miami was the people. U won’t find more genuine and fun people than those at Miami OH. elon is full of stuck up classic southern fake ppl. when i visited it really seemed like they put up a facade to seem like a legit school

Elon- all New York and ct, no midwestern influence

Miami- mostly midwestern with some north eastern influence

Both schools have mostly affluent, athletic social kids but from different areas

I agree for the most part, but Elon definitely is definitely WAY more affluent because it's a private university. More kids from super wealthy families attend Elon.

Also - f you make to the Business Fellows program at Elon, that is better than Farmer, but other than that they are probably equal.

Elon has 6,000 students - about 1/3 of Miami's enrollment. Elon also has a great arts program.
