genuine question about chi psi's ranking

This really isn't meant to be mean, but I really don't understand how Chi Psi is ranked nearly as high as they usually are. They seem like a fraternity of nice dudes, but definitely nothing special. I don't see how they even slightly compete with Delta Chi or Sigma Chi.

They basically just have to stay put while d chi and sigma chi get worse

They hang out with similar sororities but all the sororities they hang out with prefer sig chi and d chi over them. They really should be a line down instead of where they usually are I’m not sure why everyone puts them in the same line as sig chi and d chi. Like you said, nice guys just don’t throw good parties like the other 2 do
