Exactly, suspending them is solving nothing everyone is going under ground and will just haze and party harder because no rules and no nationals

Not true especially when underground frats have no chapter house or second year exemption for their sophomores making frosh not want to rush. Also doesnt help when panhell threatens social probabation to sororities who attend underground frat parties
