That anyone would throw snark at women for being “very average looking” and caring about academic achievement says everything everybody needs to know about the vacuousness of the OP’s writer. Nothing wrong with ChiO or its members IMO. No pretense or false airs and they are ok with who they are year in and year out. Valued member of our community for sure. They have more class than was demonstrated by the OP as they would NEVER throw shade at another sorority. So, OP quit stirring the pot. ChiO has more class than the OP!

Yep, its the sad Mom who is sitting in grey and dreary Cleveland trying to console her poor daughter that she did the best she could do in recruitment. But, I still don't get the part of the story about how the rules were bent to get her out of APhi to ChiO? Must have been a serious meeting to pull this one off given the rules. To me, that is the most interesting part of the story. Rules are made to be disregarded and broken. We all know APhi cheats at recruiting so maybe the fact that they are so good at it allowed this entire situation to happen? Stranger things have happened I guess.
