adpi kicked off??

I'm currently finishing off rush as a PNM and I just heard from Miami University that ADPi got kicked off for alcohol violations? Apparently last night they had a wine night with their recruits... This is super unethical and I'm not sure what to think. Did anyone else hear this or is this just another one of those Kappa rumors
