About a month ago a chi o went on a self promoting rampage It looks very apparent that they were told to self promote due to the huge number of up votes on every post they made. A chi o knows their return rates. They know they are always the second choice when people have theta a Phi or dg at pref. Just be aware. Completely embarrassing
