Chapter houses getting live in RDs? As if RAs weren’t enough, that takes away the whole point of living in the house for the sophs looking to rush. No drinking/pregames/smoking, Miami found a way to put kids in dorms for a second year

Screws over every fraternity, especially smaller fraternities who can’t afford to pay for someone’s salary/rent each year through dues. Takes space away from the house and effects fraternal activities. Frats best bet is to find an alumni who’s staying in Oxford an extra year to live in the house with free rent.
