why aren’t the alpha chapters the top tiers at miami?

They each have had their moments at the top. Due to stupidity and ignorance they each get kicked off and basically turn into AEPi. This is the first time in awhile the alpha chapters will be back together and all with millions in rebuilding and/or renovations. I give Sig Chi 3 weeks before another sob prob, Beta sob prob after being in the new house for a week, and another Phi Delt investigation this fall.

They aren’t top tier because you only get to the top through others getting kicked off. Alpha status literally means nothing here.

Sig chi and beta will rise to the top this year

both have nationals all over them. both have live in advisors. Beta has a grandma live in advisor...

What am i trying to get at?

sig chi might be relevant by this time next year but no one here will see either alphas back at their peaks. Beta from 2010-2012 and sig chi from 2002-2010.

Only way either of these frats rise is if like sig pi or theta chi or phi delt get kicked off and even if that does happen all the "top tier" frats will still have better annex houses/parties

Honestly the real reason at the end of the day is Sig Chi and Beta were refounded within the last few years.
