best actual houses

Gonna be a freshman next year, which of the actual houses is the nicest? Obviously doesn’t mean much compared to meshing with the guys, but just curious

you'll find nice girls in every house, but if youre looking at reputations, alpha phi is not known for being friendly. i've had negative experiences with kappa, zeta, kd, chi o, good experiences with dg, axo, phi mu, adpi, and aopi. dont have opinions on the rest

Lmao this person is correct. I would say Sig Chi and Beta will be the nicest two inside next year. Although I've never been inside, Sig Ep and FIJI look very nice as well

Nicest actual houses are gonna be Beta, who’s house is getting renovated, and Sig Chi, both alphas chapters too. Fiji has a sick house too. PiKapp has a nice house too
