Dude beta is an alpha chapter. you honestly cannot ignore that. hahaha phi delt. sig pi, sig ep, Ka, Phis psi are the only frats worth a damn anymore. theta chi is done for. but seriously beta blows.

Honestly I would put Phi delt in the top. They are really hot and fun to party with. Plus they are an alpha chapter which goes a long way on your resume' <3
