I'd say top tier is: Phi Psi, KA, FIJI now that SAE and Phi Tau are gone. It's hard for anyone to disagree with that.

Next tier probably consists of: Theta Chi, Sigma Pi, Sig Ep, Phi Delt

8-10 (interchangeable) Beta, Kappa Sig, Sigma Nu

I think that's pretty fair because the only clear cut #1 is Phi Psi, then everything else is heavily opinionated depending on who you talk to.

Find out for yourself, no one is going to walk you through how to get into each fraternity. You're going to have a rough 3 months no matter where you go, but I'll give you one piece of advice for rush. Don't wear cargos and don't wear AE, Hollister, etc.
