Definitely an underrated frat as far as the people, but that might be the worst house on campus. There’s like two rooms and nothing on the walls. Literally had broken windows covered with cardboard.

Love them PC 24 is sooo cute i hope they get a good new PC. I’m in beta and I’m friends with a few tri delts, would def recommend hanging w them. I wish we did more stuff w them to be honest.

Very sweet, funny, genuine, and have good grades, social people, well put together. I really like this chapter al lot and love hanging out with thetas. They are all the most venue in people who just have fun.

Weird group of guys. They are the alpha chapter at Miami and pay a ton of money to be in their fraternity. The handful I’ve met I would not want to be friends with. There’s probably some good ones tho
