Getting Dropped

Rushed last year and got dropped from all but two houses legit after first round. Ik it’s super competitive but I feel like I had a similar look and personality to a lot of other houses so why would that happen

where did you end up? if you really want it and act unique and stand out will that mean something

Probably more to do with gpa/extra curriculars? I know it is a one of the main reasons in the 1st round.
