Getting Dropped

Rushed last year and got dropped from all but two houses legit after first round. Ik it’s super competitive but I feel like I had a similar look and personality to a lot of other houses so why would that happen

Probably more to do with gpa/extra curriculars? I know it is a one of the main reasons in the 1st round.
