Do Sororities Consider Legacies?

I am an out of state student and a legacy through my mom and sister at two of the “top” houses. Does that help my chances?

I don’t think it matters much after philanthropy round. Most sororities have gotten away from legacy bids.

Some sororities have abandoned giving preferential treatment to legacies, while other haven’t totally abolished it,they’ve made adjustments to their policies so that each chapter has more autonomy in choosing their members.A quick internet search will tell you the legacy policy of the houses you’re interested in.
