middle tier fraternities

Delt is not middle tier. Stop trying to put yourself with Beta and everyone. You're still right there With PKT and the other off campus fraternities in bottom.

Upper middle
Phi delt- dope downtown compound and quad spot. Sorority relations have been getting a lot better. Guys are getting a lot better as well. Do a lot of joint parties with lambda.
Beta- good guys. Getting new house. Good sorority relations. Used to have a really bad reputation but it has been getting a lot better since other fraternities have been dropping.
Lambda- okay guys. Recent pledge class was really small. House is far away and small but has a lot of space. Sorority relations are okay and fraternity relations are really good.

Lower middle
Delta chi- big house but way to far away which makes it almost not worth it. Not sure they even got ten guys in their fall pledge class. Older guys were great but newer guys are not as impressive. Used to have decent sorority relations with like axo and dz but now idk.
Alpha sig- nice house and quad spot. Guys are half cool and half goober. Hang with lower tier sororities. Have a lot of really fun parties.
Delt- guys are okay but have a bad reputation. House is really bad but apparently they are getting a new one. Sorority relations are not that bad but fraternity relations are poor.
