is phi tau the worst?

Facing a 20 year probation and a chapter entirely from the state of North Dakota. Yeah they had the best housing set up of any fraternity but other fraternities are already bidding on those. Are they the worst on campus?

I was told they got 1 year social, and that is probably being appealed. They got an alcohol infraction, they didn't kill anyone. I'm more worried that if fraternities are getting kicked off for serving booze at parties it's only a matter of time before we all have to deal with some issue.
