This is it. Can't wait for AGR to return though we need more good frats. Hopefully SX rechargers too.

Switch SN and Chiphi after next fall, but SN even on Probo has it made with the mansion. I hear AGR won't be taking it back until a year or so after rechartering, that means SN will have it for another year after probo is done for them.

Top 3
ATO ASP KS

Each has housing they rage at (KS on probo tho), guys, and getting girls (ASP is lacking tho). ASP doesn't have the same history as the other 5 in the top 6 but are good.

Top 6
PKA BTP SAE

Next best frats with housing and history. Pike and SAE are newish still after rechartering but Beta doesn't have the same trouble. Betas house is far AF, SAE is soft AF without pledging.

Mid 10
PSK SNu Fiji ChiPhi

If SNu owned the mansion and weren't on probl they'd be right up there with ATO ASP and KS, especially with their history here. They need to do what Beta and KS did when they lost their house and found a new one ASAP. PSK Fiji and ChiPhi all own the best houses at clemson. Feejs is one of the best for tailgates, PSK is one of the best for parties, and ChiPhi is best for parties and tailgates. Their history for these 3 is lacking though.

OX KA PKT ChiPsi

Only OX has a house here I'm pretty sure. KA has the name and history but no housing and probably won't get any at this point. Used to have one of ASPs house that KS and ATO used to have too but didn't have a back up plan for after. Idk anything about Chipsi or PKT but chicks I know in KKG and KD talk about them all the time.
