Top Tier
ATO (2 good properties, firmly on top)
A-Sig (Great house but that’s about it)
Kappa Sig (Strong southern house but on probation)
Pike (House near campus, lots of money)

Upper Mid:
Beta (was top but is falling due to dropping pledges and far away house)
Phi Sig (Lots of upward momentum with top basketball team, lots of money, and a good rep with girls)
Chi Phi (2 good properties and solid guys)
Snu (Would be way higher if they kept the the AGR house but they have done well with it)


Lower Mid:
SAE (Strong name brand and able to get buy-ins at top events)
Fiji (Strong name brand here too, they get solid PCs)
Theta Chi (New group after getting kicked off has been a lot better, they have upward momentum with strong new PCs)
Delta Chi (Wide mix of guys but they definitely have some cool dudes)

Upper Bottom:
KA (Name brand carries but they are all spread out with no main house)
Phi Tau (Lots of money helps them throw decent parties)
Chi Psi (Interchangeable in rank with Phi Tau, they get a couple decent guys)
DTD (New group, they’ve recruited decently given their circumstances but it will be a while before they start getting top guys)
Psi U (Houses at the Pier and no real major pull factors)
Pi Kapp (Brand new)
Zeta Psi (Brand new)
