So, I love numbers and wanted to see how accurate this rating was. So what I have here is drawn from sorority data reported across Fall 2024 and Spring 2025, including membership size, new member intake, academic performance, service participation, and philanthropic contributions. These results capture how each chapter performed during the last full academic year, providing a comparative snapshot of strengths and areas of impact.
Based on data alone this is what I see —
1. Alpha Delta Pi
Alpha Delta Pi ranks first overall with a strong balance of academics and service. With 402 members and 116 new members in Fall 2024, the chapter leads with a 3.704 GPA and the highest average service per member at 23.29 hours. Each member contributes $65.62, resulting in a total of $49,791.53 in philanthropy.
2. Zeta Tau Alpha
Zeta Tau Alpha stands out for philanthropy, raising an impressive $207,484 overall. With 367 members and 116 new members, ZTA maintains a 3.644 GPA and 8.32 service hours per member. Their $284.62 per-member giving is the highest among all sororities, making them unmatched in fundraising strength.
3. Kappa Delta

Chi Omega has 377 members and 112 new members, paired with a 3.657 GPA. Members average 1.86 service hours and give $40.19 each, for a chapter total of $15,153. While lower in service and fundraising, Chi Omega demonstrates stability in academics and participation.
6. Delta Zeta
Delta Zeta emphasizes hands-on service, with 365 members and 109 new members. They contribute an impressive 21.56 service hours per member alongside a 3.562 GPA. Philanthropy averages $78.93 per member, totaling $52,049.59, showing DZ’s strength in both service and giving.
7. Pi Beta Phi
Pi Beta Phi enrolls 354 members and welcomed 117 new members in Fall 2024. With a 3.6 GPA and 9.03 service hours per member, their philanthropy averages $16.08 each, for a total of $10,543.84. Pi Phi is notable for prioritizing service even with modest fundraising totals.
