Switch AXO and APhi, and honestly they need to be in DDDs spot.

I'd have XO #4 or 5 personally but this isn't a bad spot.

ZTA and ADPi should be in a different tier 2 tiers separate from the next 6 imo. There's a top 2, 6 really good groups, and 5 good to decent ones.
