Correcting good ranks

There is a rank that has a good grouping but i think it needs tweaking.

Best by far - PDT ATO (i hate these 2 as much as the next guy. Northern guidos (PDT) or creampuff private school in state kids(ATO) but being unbiased these 2 are the best)

Lower top - BTP AGR KS (used for their spots) KA SN (better history but are mostly moochers, especially if KA loses their legendary tailgate spot)

Upper mid - ASP PSK

mid - PKA Fiji ChiPhi

Low mid - DX SAE OX

SN and KA are down since they are super moochers. KA should be up but since they are losing their house move them way down

Both are great but, Agr throws better parties than phi delt by far. They need to be moved up.
