Beta an OOS frat but not primarily Northern. Phi Sig is you're undisputed #2 Yankee frat followed by #3-4 Fiji and Pike.

Nope. Back in the day phi delt, sig ep, sigma chi, and to a lesser extent lamda chi competed for guys from all over the east cost focusing on cities in sc, charlotte, atlanta, and dc/md with a big lean to sc cities. These were the big traditional, well connected/funded party orgs in the early 2ks. Phi delt is the only one left of the group and they’re still doing what they did just with less competition.

i agree they are the top yankee house on campus with beta a very close second or the same but that’s not saying much at a southern state school. they do seem to attract the loud, rough around the edges, fake blond, eyelash, and tan kind of girls who are stereotypical jersey. not my thing but if they enjoy each other then why not?
