PDT KS BTP SN
obviously the only 4 left that are of the old top groups that still rage pull and have room to grow. everyone knows these 4 are the best right now.
new top 4 (lower top) in any order.
DX ASP PKP ATO
DX ASP PKP are all new to top but they rage as hard as the other 4 (plus harder than ATO) but don't have the pull the other 4 have so they're a slight step down. AATO has great pull and their compound is nice but they're a smaller group and they don't party as hard as the other 7 in these 2 rows.
upper mid 4 in any order.
KA AGR DTD PSK
KA has just been blanket bidding dudes that no one above wants anymore for the passed 3 years and has no place to party on their own which means all the money they have they use to pay others to party, which means no money for sick formals or spring breaks. AGR had a nice run but now are down to less than 30 guys and likely suspended for at least a year (maybe more) with at least 2 years of probo on top of that after they're off. i doubt they survive but if they do by some miracle and manage to keep the house (apparently its going to Phi Delt or Kappa sig if they decide to sell or rent it) they can return to top eventually after a rebuild. DTD needs to build more to move up as does phi sig but either could possibly take ATO's place.
mid 4 in any order.
Fiji SAE ChiPhi (LXA)
fiji chi phi and SAE are all set up real nice for the fall but are all really new and kind of weird. none of them have good pull yet. Lambda is different they have the pull and connects of an older fraternity but no campus recognition and only have 1 spot left. they're hanging by a thread.
lower mid
FH OX (PKA)
these 3 are the last of the semi relevant groups. they have a good time but they all need to make moves.
bottom but still better than being a geed.

PKP in the top is insane. They did take all the SXs that were left but at best the solidifies then as top of the mid tier.

they did? i thought because the guys they initiated after their school suspension were still reported to nationals, who supported them throughout their suspension, so pi kappas nationals wouldn't allow it?

Ok, the moment Pi Kapp pulls a Kappa, ADPi or Zeta mixer/joint then you can claim "top tier" status but no chance in hell before that.
Same for ASig and Delta Chi. Call me when you've sealed that deal.

except that 2 of the 3 fraternities you mentionned actually have mixed with 2 if the srorities you mentioned.... DX didnt because they were in some trouble both semesters.

So Pi Kapp mixed with who? Kappa and ADPi don’t slum below the top tier maybe there was some joint that included Zeta but I really doubt it.

this guy is right, and ive said a dozen times, ya'll probably dont even go here. kappa always parties with "mid tier" fraternities, who ever you are you are trying to promote the incorrect assumption that they don't. you're right however about zeta being the other one. ill admit that none of the 3 had anything to do with ADPi.
