under rated groups ready to jump into top? opinions?

KA SN ATO and AGRs entire monopoly they had on the social scene here gone for now. ATO losing 3, spots KA losing 2, and obviously AGRs trouble, they've all been relatively quiet lately and when they do do something its not the big deal it was 3 or even 4 years ago. they all partied together almost exclusively and all seemed to go down into trouble together with SN ATO and KAs probations on top of what happened to age in the passed 2.
obviously they're all going to be viewed as top groups, but even with the rise of Phi Delt Beta and Kappa Sig partying together, and they rage hard and pull well, theres a vacuum left by all of the suspended good fraternities like SigmaChi Sae SigEp Pike and the other ones left in top being semi crippled. people have been looking over what Alpha Sig and Delta Chi have been doing and how solid pi kappa and felt look as well with the moves they made.
even then PhiSig Fiji ChiPhi and SAE(when they return) all look like they have a lot of potential and are already solid groups.
maybe people can make the argument that a top group or two has fallen off and been replaced maybe some disagree but i think the thought of there being moves is interesting. if there aren't moves yet there are about to be.

You’re obviously a KA, or an old KA alumni obsessed with maintaining their old and false rep they have. they are wayyyyy too big to be as boring and dry as they are. The dudes I’ve met are literally half northerners and guys is meet in Dtd or Fiji.

KA is done in the top I agree, alpha sig pi kapp and dtd all rage WAAAYYYYY harder and have MUCH better guys, regardless of if they keep blanket bidding or not.
AGR already received their sentencing from their nationals but now it’s up to the school about whether they get suspended for 2 or 3 years plus Provo or not. Apparently they already have a group lined up to take over the house by next spring at the latest. They’re down to 25-30 guys apparently.
ATO will be fine but their problem is they can’t pull the numbers they used to to go along with the quality they have, it’s not the end of the world but they’ll be down to around 70 guys.
Kappa Sig isn’t losing their spot according to everyone I know idk who is making up random lies about that.
I hear phi Sig has a new spot and idk if they’re in Provo or not but even if they are that brings their places up to 3 and the spring will be crazy for them.
Fiji is super weird and have no pull, idk why Fiji is all over this site lately but they don’t have that much money at all and just blanket bid left overs that phi Sig dtd dx asig and pkp didn’t even want. Same with theta chi they are not solid at all in my opinion. Chi phi is certainly over looked.
I doubt any of these people actually go to Clemson or know what actually goes on around here.

One of my best friends is a kappa sig, I am 100% positive they lost their house.

Granted that I know 0 kappa sigs but considering people you’re the same KA that keeps spreading false lies about every other group in an attempt to make your own group look better I’m 100% positive you’re lying.
You need to get off of this site bro you’re who’s making KA look bad. Single handedly gave KA the “keyboard warrior” frat star rep.
