Out side of the top 7 fraternities everyone talks about there are a few good ones outside of them as well.
DX is in trouble but using their spot for joints is even more likely with AGR in very very deep trouble. Theyll probably bounce back and even get better, they're still completely recognized too unlike AGR who again are. Alpha sig is still also very underrated with skybox, they have a great spot.
PhiSig DTD PiKapp Fiji SAE ChiPhi and whoever gets 6 mile after lambda leaves will be what makes up the fraternities with a lot of potential to be good but still building.

it's hard to say. so many frat's have been kicked off over the past few years Phi Delt, AGR & Beta all managed to move up but DX and Alpha Sig never did. They've been top of the middle for years. I just think that's their ceiling.
Much more likely that Pi Kapp, Fiji or SAE jump up eventually than those 2. Phi Sig, Delt and Chi Phi I just can't see it.

Maybe on KA and AGRs level but DEFINITELY NOT ON SN KS ATO BTP and PDT's level!
