Except thats not true. Just like phi delt can't have good ones at the garage because it's far is another not true rumor. Just like ATO not having a house is a rumor.

no one is disputing Phi Delt's garage. It is far but its in the middle of no where so you can have huge parties. ATO will also have the Fort but they always prefer to do joints at someone else's house to keep themselves out of trouble.
KS's house is only good for outside events during the day and if they have a party at night the cops are there immediately. It's why they've been sucking up to Beta recently.

KS ATO KA PDT have all had joints with eachother and either beta or SN this spring. AGR is renting their house out if they get a bad enough sentence and either ATO or KA will get it. (Probably ATO).
When six mile is on the market don't be surprised if someone makes a move on it and puts work into it...

They must know something already because both ATO and KA have proposals from AGR in hand.
The issue with taking the AGR house is that it's been requested that you make the current AGR guys "social members" of the frat that rents it. Similar to the Beta/Pike deal but both KA and ATO are hesitant to agree. The stigma of having those guys hanging around all the time is just too much.

If they wait too long watch it go to phi delt, they've been trying to get one of these places for forever and DGAF honestly. AGR isn't going to wait
I could see Kappa Sig or phi Sig having a shot as well. Either way idk why anyone would let this up, even if the membership has to be social members. The bad guys are out and probably half of the guys that had nothing to do with it are gone as well. AGR won't be too much of an impact on the social aspect of the house.

it's more complicated than that, AGR wants a lot of money for rent and there are massive insurance requirements for a lettered house. it's all in the alumni's hands right now plus you have to have 12 guys break their leases and live there and pay the cook. this is well beyond anything a chapter can handle. the alumni have to make the deal.
similar reason's kept KA from taking Pike's deal. their alumni were very very risk averse.
