transfer rush

I’m unfamiliar with rush for fraternities at Clemson. As a transfer student would there be any way to join a fraternity at Clemson not being from the area or is it super selective and not open to an outsider transfer student. Just wondering as fraternities interest me, but if it’s impossible for transfers to get a bidI wouldn’t try to join.

If youre anything older than a sophomore, I wouldn't bother rushing. Otherwise, just get here and make a good impression at pre rush. You're on the same playing field as out of state freshmen who know nobody. I have a transfer guy in my pledge class. Also, rush is a hell of a lot longer than last year so you should be able to get a feel for who is right for you. Good luck.

you're a junior but lost credits and still have 3 years left then its fine. there was a guy like that in my pledge class.

otherwise, join one of colonies coming on. that might be smarter.
