the real descriptions of the top fraternities

This is just my humble opinion but I feel like it's the general consensus of most other girls in my circle. This is mainly based on the guys, not their parties. Not in order.
ATO KA SN KS PhiDelt
ATO - Nicest guys ever. Very cute and social. Lots of Charleston/ Charlotte in the fraternity. Friends with Snu and KA. Take home to mom and dad type.
KA - This is Clemson. KA will always be a top fraternity at a southern school like this, especially with the history they have here. There are some real scum bags, but mostly cute, wealthy, mild mannered gentlemen. They and ATO hang out with the prettiest girls. All guys have very similar southern personality. A lot are from Columbia. All the negativity on this website now is based on the fact that they don't have permanent housing, they're a great group.
SN - Mostly Charleston and Greenville boys. Similar to ATO but less sociable. Sometimes have a "too cool for you" attitude which is why they're pretty much only close with Kappa and some DDD and ZTA. Has hosted a bunch of ATO and KAs parties this year. Close knit group with very diverse personalities. Kind of absorbed SAE along with KA when they got the boot.
KS - Very southern like KA but a little more on the wild side. From all over the place. Not the sweetest guys in the world but love to have a good time. Still some remnants of the kappa swag culture but it's almost gone. Their house does a lot for them.
PhiDelt - The northern partiers. Very different from the others. Probably the craziest boys in Clemson.
