6 mile move being made....

i hear lambdas 6 mile owner is talking to some groups about possibly selling in the next year or two if lambda continues to get like 10 person PCs.

i hear OX, KA, Fiji, Beta and phi sig all really want it... some of them are even thinking about making additions to it after the renovations it had and turning it into a more dominant spot.

this is the next big move, i hear phi sig is probably going to get it, with the pier and bamboo already as well as old PCs from Pike SAE SigEp and SX theyd be set with quality and venues..

so you got a couple guys from Pike and a few of the Sig Ep guys that were too burned for anyone else to touch, no one from SAE or SX would get close to you.
