Theta Chi- probably the “coolest” (not weird) guys out of all of them but have a few jerks and don’t really have any housing other than some venues.
FIJI- Half cool half weird af. But they have housing and will have the whitehouse for tailgates.
Chi Phi- Honeslty almost all are weird but they have the compound next year for tailgates.

So probably:
1. FIJI
2. Theta Chi
3. Chi Phi
