Real ranks don't matter, all of that is subjective but party ranks do matter. Don't listen to 99% of what's on this site because all of the info is biased (cough KA cough). KA has ran the conversation on this site for awhile, don't be fooled, they are not top or even close to it.

These are party ranks, who is throwing the best parties now and who has the independence of having their own place.

all 3 of these are the only people throwing down hard at the moment where the more popular sororities are going. If anyone on this site says their parties aren't good they are lying and they know it.

I'm honestly in one of these 4 and I'll admit that there isn't a whole lot of difference between these 4 and the above 4 parties, except ATO is now going to be paying people to party a lot more(or else they'd be in the group above) and SN does as well. When they do things on their own they aren't as good but still decent. Alpha Sig creeps hard core on the more popular sororities and it is kind of desperate but they do alright anyways as does DX.

KA would be on the aboves level(or even the first groups level) if they had a decent place to use on their own but they don't so they have to spend tons of money to party with others and bid a cräp ton of random to keep numbers(and dues) up to be able to support that. Anything on their own is just average at best. Pi Kapp and Delt will need time to build off of their new momentum they have but are probably better options on their own than KA, but when KA throws joints it's not even close. Phi Sig is a bunch of cool dudes in some with some smaller places and good joints. They need to upgrade like Delt and pi Kapp did soon however to keep their momentum up for parties.

Lambda has 6 mile which is a good spot and a small spot but no campus representation, their parties are average at best but not bad. Fiji chi phi and SAE will all be new but all will be recognized and have legendary campus spots. Hopefully they all use them well...
