does everyone honestly believe they are going to be able to pack into the kappa sig house?
y'all are saying that place has the capacity to hold THREE fraternities?? if these are top fraternities and sororities know that every other tailgate is lamer just think how many will end up packing into there, it will no doubt reach 1000+ and im pretty sure no one will be able to move let alone drink. how TF does anyone think this is a good idea?
300 guys give or take a few without any decent competition would have the potential to bring in over 1000 ladies and destroy the house all together.

Honestly, I’ve been to both fiji and Chi Phi events and both are pretty decent. The guys in fiji are just mainly reckless and dumb but for the most part Chi Phi has had decent events. I think the compound will do just fine with them in it. Also my friend went to their formal this past weekend and said it was the best function she’s been too.

at least sae will have the chance to get good joints because of alumni connects and chi phi will only get joints purely because its the compound. idk what fiji is going to do.

it's not going to take much. they've been doing some low key asks. the deals seem to be very low to free depending on the profile of the frat.

pretty sure kappa sig would be up for this, getting more money is always nice but it would also cut into the bid war they plan on having. maybe on the biggest home games we have this year and homecoming they'll try this out because people will still bid like crazy for that second spot but i doubt they go for it every game.
more than likely chi phi is the fall back for whoever wants a big venue without competition from whoever has it since chi phi doesn't really threaten anyone. i already know Phi Delt and Beta are planning on using it as a back up.
SAE may get a few top tailgates but it will be inconsistent. same with Fiji even though i think theyre the last choice.
already know some quad spots are going to be revived as a result of this for at least a short time. why not pre game at your place get f#cked up show up to the tailgate eat sober up then have an after party?
