With FIJI taking the white house and Chi Phi and Farmhouse having the compound at least you'll never have to worry about traffic on north clem anymore.

Fiji doesnt have the white house i know for sure thats fake.
ATO will get it, everyone i know from the fraternity is saying SP really made the landlord mad last year and this year and they want them out. ATO is saying since they have a guy there theyll have the first choice of keeping it or not.
Idk about the compound, who ever gets it will have to sit through another year of renovations and cops patroling and probable eviction for something as small as (this is no joke), leaving a few pizza boxes out for a day. Ask phi delt, the bull they put up with wasnt worth what they were getting.
