KS starts to take over which helps propel phi delt over ato. in addition to having more housing options theyll have better connects. ATO lost the ski lodge but has the white house(shared), also have their compound which will be usable after all of the trouble ends. Beta and the shack ride a wave of upside that comes with having a decent spot again. SN will be out of trouble and have housing they can use thats far. Still its enough to put them over KA, who only has connects to work with after losing the lakehouse to SAE. Even if they are the best liked to party with for most fraternities it only gets you so much. KA is the new beta. AGR is off suspension and will have to convince most guys they arent weird and most girls they arent creeps. Even so theyll be solid. DX will recover from the incident they had no control over. ASig is solid and will have a chance at the top 8 but are so hit or miss. If pi kapp gets the big house theyre on a good track, theyll have to work hard to move up further but will blow up. People sleep on Phi Sig, theyre about to blow up. Delt is probably about to blow up too. LXA was already struggling, i think they start to die out with SP. SAE having 2 legendary clemson spots is enough to put them over a still VERY new fiji. If SP holds up long enough to keep the houses trough this summer, next summer theyll probably lose both. Everyone else is either small or new or both.

There is room for some debate but mostly this is how it looks to a lot of people. Phi delt gets a new place and KA still having the lakehouse helps them up. AGR falls hard, in fact i think theyll fall far ebough for ASP to start to make some noise very briefly and SN comes off of trouble and begins preperations for a less competitive fall. Beta makes a huge move but need to prove they can use the shack yet. DX misses a chance to take over AGRs role by having the same troubles AGR has, ASig takes advantage. SP and LXA are losing steam fast after SX and PKA selling. I think they wait another year before deciding what to do but lambdas 6 mile is going to be the next target of a big move. Phi Sig continues being solid and will probably start to take advantage of these others in trouble more. Pi kapp makes a solid move.

ATO SN KA and AGRs troubles from last semester and the semester before that as well as this semester and the next start a power vacuum.

By fall 2020 i expect KA to either make a move for 6 Mile or the compound because theyll probably #7 if AGR does better than expected. The landlord should be done with renovations at that point but i hear axo is taking it over. If they get 6 mile you could see another shift like when beta got the shack, then SN becomes less special but still solid with their houses too. #8 by 202 could be anyone at this point but im going to go with Delta Chi at this point but i could see Pi Kapp, Alpha Sig, and heck even phi sig if they make a big move, like the compound or 6 mile. I would say SAE too though, but it would only be their second year, which is way too early, maybe like KS in 2016, and SAE in year 2023, theyll be on year 5 and the founders will be out, theyll be the new #7 or 8.

In what world am i agreeing with beta being top 4 in a year?? I hate sig ep and agr for doing this to the system...
KA or SN needs to make a move for the compound or WH or 6mile or something because i can not stand to see beta and phi delt that high.

so Beta is now the kings of greek rank.
ask yourself this, when was Pike ever the best frat at Clemson or even when were they even considered top tier? They had the shack for 30 years and the best they were ever considered were 5th or 6th best. So how is the Shack all of a sudden going to rocket a middling Beta chapter to the top. That will only happen if Phi Delt or SN gets kicked off and the SAE, Sig Ep and SP re-colonizations go badly.

It should also be known that Beta will be losing the shack whenever Pike returns to campus in 2 years. That was part of the deal their alumni proposed to all the chapters that applied.

No not in 2 years im thinking it will be closer to 3 or 4.
Pikes Nationals arent dumb, they know what pike is doing with the shack and they also know theyre still a 50+ chapter that has no intention of dying out before they recolonize, they know returning before 3 years will end up with the chapter being a liability again. Doubt they return in 2. Maybe 3. 4 for sure.
Yeah the shack is very important now and this is a huge move for beta, good for them. Lets not act like they will have it passed 2022 though..

What are you talking about? For half of the time period you listed, the quad was the main party spot, then after the quad parties got shut down regularly most people already had offcampus housing and the shack wasnt even close to being as close as the other houses were.
Now, especially with AGRs suspension and the compound sucking, how many party spots as legendary as the shack are there left that are usable?? Barely any at all, thats why its movig them up so much.
Middling chapter? KA and SN have been exactly that the passed 4 or 5 years yet people still feel the need to put them into the top on this site because half the people that use it are KAs and SNs.
