Had a friend visit and he says its just a small place thats a little closer than their garage and they rarely use it.

Bamboo is better.

Phi delt has been very insecure since losing the compound to irrelevant off campus fraternities and a sorority.

Getting this house doesnt even come close to making up for it despite it being ok. In all seriousness though phi sigs bamboo is better in my opinion, and id probably take the phi sig pier over the garage phi delt has too.

Phi delt is mad this isnt getting the positive PR they wanted after beta got the shack, we all see yall..
