Top(in order)
ATO-losing some housing but still probably #1.
KS-they run campus in the fall and are still good in spring. Not as consistent as ATO.
PDT-Beta will probably catch them in a year or two if they dont re take the conpound or get the WH.
BTP-dudes got the shack which is huge and they arent half bad. Still need to prove themselves to move up more.
SN-theyve been in trouble for 2 years and all of their housing they barely use for whatever reason is far. Anyone who has them higher is a SN.
KA-losing their lakehouse to sae, they have one small place that barely gets used but the guys are ok. Anyone who has them higher is a KA.
AGR-theyll get back and be solid but they are now back to being those creeps that need other top guys to have wild parties.
Mid(in order)
DX-took a small hit but will probably bounce back by fall. Still are just barely above average.
ASP-not selective and sort of weird but their house is great. Barely above average.
PSK-the last of the barely above average groups, good housing and stole some decent classes with everyone being in trouble. Still need some work.
(SX)-IF they sold their big house theyre moving down a lot.
(LXA)-were already startig to struggle and now have no recognition. Need a big year or else alumni might sell 6 mile.
(SP)-good guys but theyre shrinking, and they were already small. May lose the white house and the compound this summer. If so move them way down.
PKP-IF they get the big house next fall you could see them make some big moves up. Thats a big IF.
DTD-they have a nice house but still have a lot of work they need to put in. Sort of respectable now?
Lower mid(in order)
(PKA)-selling the shack hurts short term but helps long term. You wont hear about them very much but theyll be sneakig around canpus until they get back.
PGD-good set up and are nice guys but are very new. The new house helps them a lot though.
(SAE)-idk if theyre actually coming back this coming fall but apparently thats the word. Theyll have a lakehouse and the ski lodge so they can put in some solid work and do well with their name. IF theyre returning.
ChiPhi-new and no housing.
OX-new and no housing.
FH-old but ok and no housing.

Yall arent getting the compound back, sp and lambda arent going to give it back to yall. They will be letting DTD DX or PSK take it over some only so they can have parties with a recognized fraternity to help them recruit, like what SP did with ATO this passed fall in the white house. The good news is the compound is big enough to have another fraternity in there if they want even with AXO in there.

Ok this is accurate but ill throw some wrenches in some of this.
ATO/AGR/KA/SN-lets be honest. For about 5 years here ATO was a juggernaut. They had the fort, their compound, ski lodge, white house, AND were running AGRs mansion BUT that was then. Now theyre losing the ski lodge, still have to share the white house and are unable to use the fort, if they even still have it at all. Not to mention being but buddies with KA and SN who have been dead weight the passed 2 or 3 years, got them into trouble. Then AGR did something dumb too. Theyll probably be #1 atleast another semester before they start to fall some. Still will be top 3 for awhile though.
KS/PDT/BTP/KA-KS is the juggernaut in the fall semester but not as dominant in the spring, fortunately PDT has a few places big enough for joints and they rage with beta and KA too, who were both sort of dead weight. Now beta has the shack and immedietly this team is probably #1. KA is still struggling especially after losing the lakehouse but they have plans to make some moves soon, it was smart of them to move away from ATO AGR and SN too and sort of play the field, despite being second fiddle.
Idk anything about the mid tiers but when it comes to the top people i think ranks will start to change by the end of next spring.
1.KS-their squad helps them be more consistent in spring while running fall.
2.ATO-once theyre off of trouble theyll probably throw some joints with KA/SN despite both bringing nothing to the table really.
3.PDT-Beta is probably going to take this spot spring 2020, but PDT will be consistently solid partying with KS in the fall and beta in the spring then having their own small places for joints or things on their own.
4.BTP-Beta will start to break out but will need time to recover time lost after losing their house with behind the church years ago. Partying with KS in the fall then having the shack in the spring is huge and will probably push them over phi delt eventually.
5.KA-theyre smart, once they get out of trouble theyll probably party with KS and ATO consistently but outside of that theyll need more relationships or find decent housing they can use on their own or hosting their own joints, big house? 6 mile? Compound? White house?
6.SN-they dont have great housing or close housing but its better than having nothing and at least they have a good amount of pool and will be out of trouble soon. KA will throw some cash SNs way for joints and SN has a good relationship with ATO. Theyll need to make new friends with some other groups, or find better or closer houses like KA if they want to be more consistent and independent and move up.
7.AGR-are suspended and will have such bad reps when they get back for the next few years until a lot of these older guys graduate. Still have good relationships with KS KA SN and ATO when they get back, but idk if KS and ATO will be as willing to throw joints with them. KA and SN will be more than happy too, they need them.

All 3 are literally equals except now beta has a legendary Clemson spot and KA/SN have nothing.

In a year or two the ranks will probably look something like this, barring another rash of 2 or 3 suspensions. Anyone in the top 6 is going to be solid and there wont be a lot seperating them.
1.KS/2.BTP/3.ATO-KS will be #1 purely because of football season, their spring is amazing too but not on falls level. Beta and the shack will be consistent all year long while ATO slides because all theyll have is the white house to use. ATO may stay #1 if they can use their compound more.
4.PDT/5.SN/6.KA-PhiDelt has 2 ok optios to party at with joint capabilities, still theyre not too close. SN is im the same boat as PDT but also has school trying to suspend them 24/7 for no reason. KA needs to make a move after losing their lakehouse, theyre interested in the compound(probably with lxa or sp another year), whitehouse(probably going to ATO after SP dies or gives up), the big house(apparently pkp has it but i cant confirm), and 6 mile(most likely option but will probably have to wait a year). Any of these 3 could make a move for a house and move into the top 3 to counter beta.
PKP/ASP/AGR-these can go in any order. any of these 3 have a chance at being semi top/semi not after AGRs suspension. They all have ok or sketch guys, all have good housing thats close to campus, all are essentially the same. This is only if Pi Kapp has the big house and actually use it with some help from SX remnants.
PSK/DX/DTD-DX has a sick house and is super solid but the house is far and for whatever reason they are super inconsistent and occaisionally fall into trouble, with pi kapp getting the big house it also kond of counter DX with their trouble. PSK has 2 ok places and some good PCs that came through. DTD has a decent place and has paid their dues to move up, idk what the limit to their rise is going to be but we will see.
Fiji/SAE-either of these 2 could jump up but are still going to be finding their sea legs beig so new. They both have some good spots that clemson will not sleep on, SAE has a HUGE legacy here at clemson so they could shoot back to the top with the ski lodge and lakehouse being legendary here and PKTs old spot havig HUGE potential. Id say both have better housing and reputations/histories at clemson than above, if only they werent so new.
HONORABLE MENTIONS
FH CHIPHI OX- none of these 3 will make a huge difference unless they build a house or make a move for ana existing one. All 3 have history here at clemson though so you never know.
TKE ChiPsi triangle-same as above but not a lot of history here.
Off campus but returning.
SigEp-doubt theyll be anything ground breaking with new nationals rules despite a good recent history minus 2013.
SX-whenever they return(2025?) Theyll be a good force, unless they dont get the big house back or have to start over..
PKA-again, whenever they return theyll be a force as long as theycan get the shack back.

idk how you could call out beta for not being top and leave KA and SN there.
Beta is a northern version of both but actually has spme sick housing and hasnt been in trouble nearly as much as KA and SN have the passed 2 years.
Theyre good where they are.
