by: Big House?Who has the big house? This is so confusing for me right now as ill be rushing next fall. A KA and a Pi Kapp both told me they had the big house and were sharing with SX? Who actually has it? Or do all 3 have it?

I never heard anything linking KA and the Big House. They got really close to a deal on the Shack but didn't want to merge with the remaining Pikes which killed the deal. Then it was offered to Beta.
As to Big House, I heard this from a SX senior so who knows, but he said Pi Kapp signed a 3 year rental deal and it depends on if SX nationals can negotiate a recharter whether they sell it or not.

I thought Beta offered more $ and allowed pike to throw parties with them?
After that was offered KA ended up backing out. If they were going to allow Pike to party with them there wouldnt have been a whole lot of room left for joints. Beta didnt give a f-ck, they just wanted a house.
The big house went to pi kapp because sx was asking a lot out of who ever was buying it, no decent alumni network was going to make their money back soon enough so they went with a desperate one.
By the way apparently lambda putting 6 mile up after next year if they dont grow enough, they were already starting to shrink before they lost recognition anyways.
The sig eps owning the white house are p-ssed with sp and ato right now so apparently theyre looking to evict and let someone new come in until sig ep recharters in 2019/2020.
Both of those could be big moves.
