ATO, KS
the more traditional southern bro vibe. ATO is a little soft and KS is a little try hard but both are great houses with long traditions and very supportive alumni. Good Housing although KS is better in the fall because of tailgates but ATO parties more year round. The best pull of all the frats. KS has a tougher pledge program. ATO is basically a sign up hardest part is getting in.
AGR, PDT
much more niche house, AGR is the MOST southern, and PDT is the most northern. AGR has the best house and very active alumni that buy their way out of anything. Let's see if they get out of the most recent issue. It's the worst yet. Since they've had the compound, PDT has gotten the best guys from the North. Not sure if PDT will have anything other than the Garage for the fall. If they have the compound again they'll move up if not then they stay here. Decent pull. Both Haze like hell.
KA, SN
Traditionally southern. They have long histories and great alumni but have been on probation for the past 2 years. They're both finally off so let's see if they can get back there rep. KA has been less selective over the past few years so they have some questionable guys. SN has been too selective and lost a lot to ATO so they've stayed too small. neither have housing right now. Still have good pull but they have to make moves soon to keep it. Pledge seasons are medium hard but not insane.
Beta
Guys from all over. Have had a bad few years of pledge class. They were the chubbies wear frat cliche but are working hard to get better. Once they get rid of their seniors things will improve. They've got the shack, decent pull and some momentum now so they should get better. They're one of the original 8 but lack the alumni support of the others. Pledge program is a joke might be easier than ATO.

OFF CAMPUS
Lambda, SX, SP & Pike
SX & SP took pledges in the fall and probably will again in the spring. Pike did not and Lambda had to release theirs. Rumors are SX sold the Big House to Pi Kapp but I haven't heard that from a brother yet so it could be fake news. All still will party and take pledges but the future doesn't look good for any of them. Pike was supposed to come back last Fall but Nationals decided against it and Beta is now renting the shack but with the stipulations that a Pike still lives there and Pikes get to go to all the parties. Pike is one of the original 8 but their alumni have given up. Can't see anything of these making it more than a couple more years. The Pike-Beta merger was smart surprised the other 3 didn't try it.
MIDS
ASIG, DX
DX is the JV PDT, it's for the Northerners who didn't get in to PDT and were turned off by the Beta vibe. Have a great house and decent pull they never seem to get higher than the top of the Mid tier. The same could be said for ASIG, they're a less cool and less douchey Beta but without the pull. There issue is they take everyone, if they could be more selective they've got a shot. Housing is good but can barely get middle tier girls there.
Pi Kapp, PSK
Both of these are a mixed bag. Because of their alumni, Pi Kapp probably has the best shot to get to the TOP tier than anyone at this level. They just need to work hard, get more selective and put the time in. Everyone hates them because they think they deserve it now. If they did get the Big House then they should move up. PSK has done the work and are slowly getting better and have ok housing. They've manage to pick up pledges from Sig Ep and Pike so the guys are better. They just have to work on their pull. Having ragers with DZ & SK aren't going to move them up.

I agree but i would move Beta into the row with KA and SN, theyve done a lot more than either of the 2 have the passed 2 years and have been much more relevant.
Now that they have the shack now in addition to partying with Phi Delt and KS all the time they can do their own thing.
Also with Phi Delt possibly taking the compound back i might put them up there instead of ATO who is just a cop bait fraternity now that they only have the compound and SAE has the ski lodge back.

I'm not saying Beta can't move up once they get the shack but they've been taking the leftovers at rush for 3 years so they need sometime to get rid of the bad pledge classes. Probation has killed KA & SN's ability to party but they've still gotten much better pledge classes than Beta.
Let's see what happens this semester before we put Beta on par with SN & KA.

I wouldnt say KA and SN had better pledge classes at all. The only fraternity taking better northerners is phi delt.
Meanwhile KA and SN are both VERY well behind ATO KS and AGR. Plus there are northerners that KA and SN get that Beta never wanted. Showing up to their events and ended up not gettig bids while they show up to ka and sn and get bids.
Im just saying the housing helps, and i think the guys are of equal quality of KA and SN.

Its completely true.
Ka and Sn are well behind ks ato and agr in recruiting southerners, since thats what they mainly go for. Even in state guys are going ato and agr first and then ks then ka and sn.
Btp recruits norherners first so phi delt is really their only competition and they obviously have lost out the majority of the time since phi delt got the compound. Even though northerners arent as big of a pool to recruit from the drop off in quality is still about even.
These 3 are exactly the same to me. All are try hards. All get left overs. All 3 didnt have housing. Its just that one is northern and one is southern.

If they do i havent heard of or seen them do anything at either.. even on probation or suspension if they had either they would still be doing things. If they truely were as good as everyone is saying then people would hear about it.
Maybe they do though idk any SNu's.
Everything else is factual. Idk what you have an arguement with? The only thing keeping the idea that SNu or KA are all in state and getting everyone they want before everyone else is this site.. its just not true anymore, ATO KS and AGR have been killing them the passed 2 or 3 years during rush, all you have to do is look at their pledge classes and you can see they are picking left overs.
