Top, Top: 1.ATO, 2.KS, 3.AGR.

ATO has some good housing and probably have the best pull here. Their places get the cops called a lot but from time to time it goes all night. KS is maybe the best in fall during tailgates, spring is decent and they pull well. AGRs spot is always going to be a top spot but lets see if they can pull more.

Bottom of Top:4.PDT, 5.KA, 6.BTP, 7.SN

Phi Delt is easily the best of this row, their garage is good and consistent. Their compound is solid but obviously not having complete control is less than ideal. KA is a weird situation at the moment, apparebtly they were offered the shack and possibly had a chance for the big house. Didnt take it, idk why. It would solve 90% of their problems. Beta got lucky KA slept on the shack and closed. It already puts them over SN and maybe KA if they can make a lot of noise next year. SN is solid still they just need a solid return and maybe a house would help?? (6 mile...)

Upper Mid:8.SX, 9.DX, 10.PSK, 11.ASP

Sigma Chi is hurting.. maybe theyre selling the big house to pi kapp lololol. Probably not. Still theyre easily the most socially relevant outside of top. Delta Chi is doing well and will get better but still have some time before they make any leaps. Phi Sig is getting better and their selectiveness (as well as snipping better fraternities pledges after they get in trouble, Sig Ep and Pike) puts them over alpha sig for me. Both are good though.

Mid, Mid:12.DTD, 13.LXA, 14.SP, 15.PKP

Delt has the edge over the rest for their rented place thats actually decent and being on campus. Lambda is no loger recognized and im hearing they are trying to get rid of 6 mile. If that happens they fall off very quickly. Sigma Pi is looking like theyve stabalized here. I think they will end up surviving but some arent as confident as i am. Pi Kapp has delts old place but delt ended up upgrading so it gave them the edge. Pi kapp is comparable, and migt get the big house, but a lack of joints with good fraternities keeps them here.

Bottom of Mid:16.PGD, 17.PKA, 18.SAE

Fiji gets the edge because they have housig and recognition but man could SAE and Pike bounce back quickly now. Pike now has a fraternity they can party with and possibly cross rush with? We shall see what their plans are since they arent going to stop being a chapter. SAE has the ski lodge and the lake house as well as nearly 20 guys from the old chapter helping them recruit this spring. If its a sign up to get in thing theyll stay here if its a bit more selective and slow they move up.

Relevant but need hosuing to compete: 21.FH, 22.CPhi, 23.OX

All are solid who can compete sooner than people think if theycan find some housing.

The rest are here but can move up: 24.TKE, 25.CPsi, 26.triangle

This is how it is. I havent heard about any trouble with AGR yet but then again i dont associate with their brothers. If they are in trouble they move down a lot. Id say Phi Delt would fill in for them.
