ATO-pull, have houses and good tailgates to party
AGR- here because of their house and every good fraternity wants to party there, recruiting better guys
KS-here because of their tailgating spot and have money to party in the spring
SN,KA- no house but they pull and have money to party other places
beta- pull and have the shack now, have money to party too
PDT- pull and have the lodge but its too far out
SX,PIKE,SP- still have parties and good tailgates and pull, not falling as fast as everyone wants to think and they hate it
ASIG,DX,PSK- all party together And tailgate together are still relevant but don't party with above fraternities thats why they are stuck down here

ATO- Good pull, but housing is overrated they only have the their compound for next year.
AGR-Great house and solid group of guys.
KS-Good house for really good tailgates, not very relevant in the spring because they have no other housing and don’t throw many parties there. Guys are getting better.
SN-Good pull and decent guys have their compound and house near blue heron.
KA-Good group of guys but don’t seem to have any housing only throw parties with other fraternities at there place.
Beta-Might have the shack but they’re still beta guys are still soft.
PDT-Best northern fraternity and have the lodge is awesome.

Fraternities that don’t have houses and don’t throw parties (KA/SNu) arent top tier that just doesn’t make sense.
Beta may be getting the shack but that doesn’t make up for two years of bad pledge classes when they had nothing. They’re still not gonna be a good fraternity for a while.
AGR is about to kicked so they shouldn’t be at 2.

Y'all are dumb lmao. Sigma Nu does indeed have a compound, its a pole barn that is actually surprisingly nice out near highpointe and the place by blue heron is called keowee and is also nice. They do try to keep it lowkey though and really only party there with themselves and occasionally ATO
