Any idea what’s going on with the big house next year? Is SX keeping it or doing what Pike did?

theyre keeping it for now as far as i know. Theyve been considering it for awhile but havent reached the point Pike has yet to really start seriously considering it.

Just like when Sigma pi got the white house and self rank themselves into top, only to get kicked off.

Or when Phi Delt got the compound and miraculously flew up the ranks only to lose 2/3rds of it.

Or when AGRs alumni let them start raging and flew up, only to creep girls out more.

Pi Kapp has it for now. But its not like everything will go according to plan.

Pi Kapp definitely is not gonna jump to the top in the near future, but it is apparent that their alumni are a lot more eager to invest in their success versus other chapters. Maybe Pi Kapp will finally be able to recruit better and shake the “weird dudes/rich alumni” label.

Its true but they wont be jumping to top like that other guy said.

Phi Delt and AGR were actually decent before getting their housing which is why they jumped up.

SP went from irrelevant to slightly relevant. Even after sharing the compound with Phi Delt and Lambda they didnt move up to top.

Pi Kapp will go from relevant to sligtly relevant to relevant and probably plateau around DX PSK and ASP.
