Beta allegedly has taken over the shack for the next few years from pike

Sae and beta are sharing pikes shack.

Sae has the ski house the lakehouse and the shack.

For letting sae in the shack beta gets joints at the ski house and the lakehouse.

Beta is making moves, they got connects with KS and SAE now.

Beta is the only one in the shack other than pike. Pike is only letting a few betas in so they can party without reprecautions from campus that way they can stay moderately popular and recruit under the radar while clemson and antionals thinks theyre dead and gave up. That way when rechartering cones around the chapter isnt started by total geeds.

An sae and a beta are both staying in the shack with some pikes.

That coupled with the ski lodge and the lakehouse after they take it back from KA means that SAE is about to make some moves with their return.
