the only one remotely worth it is Sigma Chi at this point but even theyre starting to look like theyre a dying lambda. Will probably be relevant for the next 4 years or so before they shrink enough to where theyll realise they should just die out so their new chapter can start in 10 years or so. Will rent or sell their house.

Pike would have been worth it if they were able to return but their nationals ruined that. Theyll be a thing for the next 2 or 3 years before they sell the house or rent it to someone else, then the school will give them a new recharter date as they die out.

SP is worth it for now but im not sure for how much longer. When sig ep returns in 4 years theyll get the white house back and will wither be forced to share the compound with a sorority and Phi Delt or find something else.

You can rush them by finding one of their brothers on campus. They still wear letters and shirts around. Itll kind of be awkward just walking up to one and asking about rushing but whatever i guess. Just think aboit who youre rushing and whether you think the risk is worth the reward.
