Party houses in limbo/rumors of being free or changing hands soon.
The compound, lambda is gone PDT AXO and SP are all thats left in it that are goig to be active. If none of them want to return its up for grabs.
SXs big house, rumor is whoever owns it isnt optimistic about the chapters direction and looking to change tenants.
Most likely buyers
KA-most money and best pull and parties of no house frats. Looking for one close to campus hard.
SN-also a lot of money and pull but parties lack. Also lookig for housig but are more patient about finding one.
BTP-used to have two great houses but lost them both. Are desperate for new housing.
PDT-have soured on the compound after being evicted from two houses and being told by the landlord theyre going to crackdown on parties and damages. Looking for something new.
PKP-looking for sonething but apparently are building on as well.
DTD-just built a new one but are looking for another apparently.
OX-new and looking for something to create excitement.
ChiPhi-same as theta chi.
We will see what happens...

Pikes shack: their nationals said that if this chapter continues to use their letters as a chapter legal action will be taken as soon as possible. Idk what theyre going to do but i doubt theyll do as well as SP or SX. Those 2 werent even doing that great to begin with.
Lambdas 6 mile: considering how they were on campus and recognized and only managed tp get like 10 guys i doubt theyll do any better off campus.
SXs big house: dudes were put on notice but im not sure if theyll be selling anytime soon. Campus is goig to let them back during their recharter date as long as they lay low. They arent so theyll probably push back rechartering again. Also pretty sure theyll eventually become a lot smaller.
Compound: no one wants the compound thats currently living there other than AXO. Thats right... a sorority will probably take it over, which would be the best option for it honostly since fraternities cant go wild anymore.

He never said Phi Delt isnt currently there he said theyd be leaving soon. SP over here tryin to say they have the compound still after being evicted hahahahaha
Lambda may not be as inactive as people think... six mile is definitely open though.
Phi Delt is going to try and wait out the landlord the next year or two and see if things end up getting better after renovations are complete sonce there are more planned. Theyll have to keep it PRESTINE though.. it really sucks for everyone that the compound isnt as good anymore. I wouldnt say its dead, but the days of those massive joints they used to have there are over. If the landlord lets anything happen there it has to be kept at a certain size. Which completely ruins the compounds potential. Its still close to campus, and fun but not nearly as dominate as it used to be.
SXs shack isnt going on the market until the alumni are sure clemson is pushing back their charter date further and theyre sure the chapter is going down into a dumpster fire. At the moment theyre doing ok but not even close to what they used to be. pledges are not as good lately and their sizes arent as big as they used to be. Its scaring alumni but they arent at the point to where theyre talking to anyone yet. They did put the chapter on notice however.
Pikes house will stay Pikes until this current chapter decides whether it wants to die out and let the next Pike chapter recharter without them, or continue being on the super down low. I think the alumni renting out to another fraternity until they recharter is the most likely scenario for changing hands but what i think is going to happen is theyre going to hang on to it.
Six mile is the only semi decent house on the market at the moment but i dont think KA or SN are interested. Beta needs something for housing to be more relevant maybe theyll go for it.
